Hello! My name is Jarion Brumfield. Most of you know me as Jaffy. I am married with four kids. Three daughters, ages 12, 10 and 7. And one son age 5. I use to go to the gym up until about a year ago. My main reason for joining this challenge is to lower my blood pressure, get a good cardio workout and tone up and scare away my daughters boyfriends in a few years. Be afraid, be very afraid!!!

He might scare my granddaughters boyfriends away when they get older but he doesn't scare me.
That's funny! Everytime I walk by and flex my muscles he squeals like a girl and balls up in a fetal position!
